| Engineering:
Our expertise in the art of cold rollforming is extensive. We will,
in collaboration with your engineering staff, find the optimum solution
to make your custom product an industrial success both in terms of
quality and cost. Rollforming: We have rollform lines of various capacity designed to manufacture custom rollformed products for a variety of industries. Pre-piercing and post-piercing can be done in-line. Secondary operations including deburring, grinding, welding, forming and assembly provides customers with a one-stop-service. Tooling: We look after both rollform and stamping press tooling. Cargowall provides in-house maintenance, repair and rebuild service, or we can design and build tooling from your ideas or drawings. Quality Assurance: Cargowall adheres to stringent internal quality control measures and procedures. Extensive use of bar coding allows instant product traceability and inventory control. |
